There were a few small changes, like placement of titles and using a more professional tone. The biggest difference between my original resume and the new one is the wording. My original resume focused more on customer service, but the new version highlights leadership, training, and problem-solving which all are helpful in a business and management standpoint. It also sounds more professional and organized just from the small change in a few words and headers. The job descriptions were changed to show more responsibility, like leading a team and helping with operations, instead of just basic tasks and the descriptions on them were also changed slightly to sound more professional. I learned that the way you ask AI matters a lot. If you are more specific you get better results and more vague questions will result in a huge array of responses that are unnecessary. I also learned that resumes should be tailored depending on the job you want and you could have many different resumes depending on the job you are applying for.
